Katie Marshall

Katie completed both her undergraduate degree and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh, obtaining the Diploma in 2016. She undertook her traineeship with a well-respected firm in Edinburgh specialising in private client work.

Katie joined Gibson Kerr in December 2018 and is a solicitor in the Personal Law department. Katie advises on all aspects of wills, powers of attorney, adults with incapacity and executry estate work and has experience in residential property conveyancing. She is also a notary public.

Katie is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners having obtained her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates – Scotland.
