David Hawkins

David Hawkins is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in ship brokerage and insurance. Currently serving in S&P/Projects/Newbuilding at E.A. Gibson Shipbrokers Ltd since June 2015, David has held significant roles at leading firms, including Howe Robinson and Co. and ICAP, where responsibilities included directing Sale & Purchase operations. David's career began in 1992 at C.E.Heath as a H&M and P&I broker, transitioning from the claims department to insurance placement for shipowners. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Newcastle University, complemented by foundational education from Oundle School.
