Lai Huat Ong

Lai Huat Ong has a solid work experience in technology and finance. Lai Huat started their career at Accenture in 2009 as an IT Analyst. Lai Huat then joined GIC in 2010 as an Associate IT Analyst in the Real Estate department and worked their way up to become an AVP Senior IT Analyst. From 2016 to 2017, Lai Huat served as a VP IT Project Manager, leading the implementation and maintenance of multiple Real Estate analytics platforms. Lai Huat then became the VP Regional Lead Europe, overseeing technology procurement, end user computing/support, and IT infrastructure in the Europe region. Most recently, Lai Huat has been serving as the VP Lead Core Strategist (Fixed Income & Quant) in the Technology Group at GIC.

Lai Huat Ong completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2006 to 2009.
