Shi Min Goh has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2004, Shi Min worked as an IT Analyst at NCS, where they contributed to the successful delivery of the IRIN project at IRAS. They performed data analysis and implemented technical solutions, earning recognition as the most valuable team member.
In 2005, Shi Min joined GIC as an IT Analyst and quickly took on the role of leading the design and maintenance of a mid-office application. Within two years, they led a project to implement a comprehensive corporate action processing application. They then became a Senior IT Analyst at GIC, overseeing the end-to-end software development life cycle for the Equity Platform & Analytics framework and Dashboards. They set up the Centre of Excellence and played a pivotal role in leveraging .NET and eFront technologies.
In 2013, Shi Min took on the position of Tech Lead and PM for various GIC initiatives. They led the implementation and launch of an award-winning MVP for investment professionals to share and discuss ideas. They also spearheaded GIC's digital mobility initiatives, creating a mobile application development platform and mobile library.
In 2016, Shi Min took on the role of Tech & Data Lead, PM for Collaboration & CRM product, focusing on connecting and leveraging the collective investment knowledge within GIC. They successfully launched the product MVP in September 2017.
Throughout their career, Shi Min demonstrated expertise in tech leadership, business analysis, and project management. They have successfully implemented innovative solutions, accelerated turnaround times, and empowered users with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Shi Min Goh attended the National University of Singapore from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Information Technology at the School of Computing.
