Klaudija Šarkanj

Klaudija Šarkanj has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Klaudija is currently the Human Resources Director at Gideon Brothers, where they lead the HR function and collaborates with business leaders and employees to develop engaging workplace and people-centric processes to support company and customer growth.

Prior to their current role, Klaudija worked at Infobip, starting as a People Operations Generalist and later transitioning to become a People Operations Business Partner. Klaudija played a significant role in the development and transformation of Infobip into a customer-centric organization, supporting changes in the people agenda according to the company's new business strategy.
