Joshua Ratliff

Joshua Ratliff, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a robust background in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Giffels Webster since April 2021, Joshua previously held positions as Project Engineer at Livingston Engineering from March 2017 to March 2021, Engineer I at Atwell, LLC from February 2015 to March 2017, and Civil Engineer at IBI Group from July 2013 to January 2015. An Engineering Manager at Electroair Acquisition Corporation from February 2009 to July 2013, Joshua also gained early experience as a Construction Aid with the Michigan Department of Transportation in 2005 and 2006. Joshua Ratliff earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
