Alison Damaskos

Alison Damaskos serves as the Vice President of Operations at Giffords since August 2016. Prior to this role, Alison held positions including Associate Director at Arabella Advisors, Director of Transformation at Evolent Health, and Manager of Health Care Innovation at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Alison's early career includes roles as an Education Pioneers Fellow at Charter Board Partners, a Teacher at Washington Latin Public Charter School, and a Program Manager at The Tobin Project. Alison holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University, complemented by foundational education at Boston Latin School.
