Mayra Sierra Neira has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality and customer service industries since 2010. Mayra began their career at the Marriott Bogotá Hotel, where they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist and Customer Service Representative and a Trainee. In 2014, they moved to the Hotel Estelar Parque de la 93, where they worked as a Manager on Duty and a Front Desk Receptionist and Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they joined the Hotel Cosmos 100 & Centro de Convenciones as a Front Desk Receptionist and Customer Service Representative. Most recently, they have been working at GiftBasketsOverseas.com since 2018 as a Corporate & Sales Representative and a Customer Service Representative.
Mayra Sierra Neira completed a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Hospitality from Universitaria Agustiniana between 2012 and 2016. Mayra is currently enrolled at Universidad de Los Andes, studying General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations. In 2021, Mayra obtained two certifications from HubSpot Academy, namely Frictionless Sales and Inbound Sales.
