Tiffany Garcia

Tiffany Garcia is a dedicated professional with a robust background in organ operations and clinical supervision. Currently serving as the Manager of Organ Operations at the Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network since October 2013, Tiffany is responsible for triaging and evaluating potential organ donation candidates alongside the medical director, while overseeing six direct reports. Prior to this role, Tiffany gained valuable experience as an Organ Recovery Coordinator, where responsibilities included solving operational issues and assisting in the operating room. Tiffany also has experience as a Registered Nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where a promotion to charge nurse was achieved within seven months, managing bed assignments and optimizing patient care. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Northern Michigan University.
