Faiza Ghafoor, MSc., PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in key account operations and customer service. Currently serving as Senior Team Leader for Key Account Operations at GIFTCRAFT since May 2022, Ghafoor has previously held roles including Key Accounts Lead and Key Account Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Supervisor at NFI and Office Supervisor at JDSmith, showcasing leadership in customer service environments.
