Benjamin Kelley

Benjamin Kelley has a diverse range of work experience in fleet operations and management. Benjamin started their career at Wireless Advocates as a Sales Audit Analyst and later became a Merchandise Coordinator. In 2013, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee before being promoted to Assistant Manager.

Kelley then transitioned to Pinnacle Group, where they worked as a Contracted Fleet Administrator for ReachNow. In this role, they managed a team and ensured efficient service and repair of vehicles.

In 2018, Kelley joined ReachNow as a Fleet Administrator, responsible for the operation of the Seattle fleet. Benjamin then moved up to the position of Senior Fleet Manager, overseeing fleet services and customer needs.

Kelley continued their career at TransWest in 2019 as a Fleet Operations Manager, where they organized and performed maintenance on buses and vans. Benjamin also managed vendor relations, provided customer service, and reconciled invoices.

Currently, Kelley is working at GIG Car Share as a Fleet Operations Manager, managing a team of four to maximize vehicle usage, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Benjamin launched the market and implemented processes to ensure success, as well as tracked fleet activities and managed vendor relations. Benjamin'sresponsibilities also include training and developing employees and handling customer service.

Benjamin Kelley attended Washington State University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism.
