Jon Moreno

Jon Moreno has a diverse range of work experience. Jon is currently working as a Product Marketing Lead at GIG Car Share. Prior to that, they worked at Basic American Foods as an Associate Marketing Manager from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they worked as an Associate Brand Manager (Contractor) at the same company from 2017 to 2018. Jon also worked at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. as a Community Manager from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for website analytics, email marketing campaigns, and consumer insights. Jon gained experience in quality engineering at Tesla Motors from 2012 to 2014, leading teams and implementing strategies to improve product quality. Jon's earlier experience includes roles at Parker Hannifin (Veriflo Division) as a 2nd Shift Plant Supervisor/Manufacturing Engineer from 2009 to 2012, and as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2008 to 2009. Jon started their career as a Quality Control Engineer at NUMMI from 2005 to 2008, working on supplier documents, cross-functional teams, and investigations to improve JD Power scores.

Jon Moreno earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University in 2005. Jon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Marketing/Marketing Management at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2013 to 2016.
