Ishrat Jahan

Ishrat Jahan is a seasoned UX Designer currently serving as a Senior Officer at GIGA TECH Limited since May 2023, where responsibilities include onboarding product design for financial services, enhancing existing eKYC solutions, and building in-house products to monitor SaaS APIs. Additionally, Ishrat engages in client-facing meetings for requirement gathering, manages the product roadmap and backlog in Jira, and collaborates with core developers and the R&D team for API modifications related to identity management. Prior experience includes a role as a User Experience Designer at iBOS Limited from December 2020 to May 2023, focusing on ERP solutions, and an earlier position as a Graphic Designer at Foveero from April 2019 to December 2019.
