Starting in 2010, they worked as an Event Manager for Throwed Presents, Assistant/Event Manager for Red Blue Records and Booking, Brand Ambassador Leader for the Sunflower Group, Assistant Manager for Brookstone, and Event Coordinator for 3065 Live. In 2011, they began working for House of Blues Entertainment as a Security, Merchandiser, Security Lead, and Operations Manager. In 2012, they were an Assistant Manager for Precision Time. In 2015, they began working for Wentworth Institute of Technology as an Instructor for First Year Seminar, Media and Technical Support, Manager of User Services, and Director of Technical Services. In 2017, they became Co-Founder of Gigabit. In 2019, they became Event and Communication Manager for Pass The Mic.
Josh Larson has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Music Business from Full Sail University, which they completed in 2010. Josh also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, PeopleCert, InfoComm International, Health Communications Inc, and Massachusetts Public Safety. These include Learning Microsoft Power Apps (2021), Creating the Environment for Productive Virtual Teams (2021), Scrum: The Basics (2021), ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management (2018), AV Technologist (2017), T.I.P.S (2018), and Crowd Control (2017).
