Andrew Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career in 2002 as a Technology Project Management Intern at Oklahoma State University. Andrew then worked as a System Administrator & Technical Support Engineer at Franklin Bank SSB from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they served as a Departmental Network & Systems Administrator at The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2008.

In 2021, they joined Fortinet as a Consulting Systems Engineer and later transitioned to their current role as a Senior Sales Engineer at Gigamon.
Andrew Adams completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Oklahoma State University from 1996 to 2001. In 2013, they attended the Texas Department of Public Safety Leadership Academy for LEADS - Management Training. Andrew also received training in Cisco from GlobalNet Technical Training and New Horizons. Andrew pursued further education in iTIL v3 from St. Edward's University. In 2020, they completed the System Security Certified Practitioner course from Udemy and the Kali Linux Training course, also from Udemy. In 2021, Andrew obtained certifications in NS1, NS2, and NS3 from the Fortinet Training Institute.
