Brian Kling has extensive work experience in HR technology and business systems analysis. Brian began their career at Novell in 1994, where they worked as an IT Analyst and played a key role in projects involving employee provisioning and system integration. Brian also served as a Training Coordinator on a contract basis during their time at Novell. In 2002, Kling joined BEA Systems as a Senior HR Systems Analyst, where they collaborated with business owners to assess process and system needs, performed web development tasks, and created technical specifications for the PeopleSoft development team. Following their tenure at BEA Systems, Kling worked at Flextronics as a Staff Business Systems Analyst before transitioning to Yahoo! in 2010. At Yahoo!, they served as an HRIT (Human Resources Information Technology) Business Systems Analyst for seven years before joining Gigamon in 2017 as a Senior Manager in HR Technology.
Brian Kling attended Saint Mary's University from 1987 to 1988. Brian then transferred to Shandong Normal University in 1988 and studied Chinese. From 1989 to 1991, Brian attended the University of Washington and obtained their B.A. in Chinese.
