Deep Gandhi

Deep Gandhi has varied work experience, starting with their current position as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Gigamon since January 2023. In this role, they assist customers with technical cases related to Gigamon's products and services, troubleshoots complex issues, and handles escalated cases until resolution. Prior to this, Deep worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Gigamon from February 2020 to January 2023, where they actively participated in customer support, troubleshooting, and handling customer inquiries.

Before joining Gigamon, Deep served as an Instructional Student Assistant at San Jose State University from September 2019 to December 2019. In this role, they prepared and graded assignments for a class of 67 students in the field of VoIP and Multimedia Networks.

Earlier in their career, Deep worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Procon Technologies Pvt Ltd from July 2016 to June 2017. Their responsibilities included supervising manufacturing and repairs of control-based panels, assisting in the development of concrete batching control panels using PLC, and working with team members to enhance leadership and management skills.

Deep also gained experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LIMITED from May 2015 to May 2016. During this internship, they worked as a project assistant on innovative projects, designed and implemented a Smart Home Automation system, and conducted pricing and estimation case studies and surveys.

Additionally, Deep participated in a student exchange program at WINGS PROFESSIONAL STUDIES - Wismar University (Germany) in June and July 2015, and served as a Student Trainee at INSTITUTE OF INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT (IITRAM) from January 2015 to June 2015.

Deep Gandhi completed their education in a chronological manner. Deep obtained their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad from 2012 to 2016. Deep Gandhi's earlier education includes attending A-One School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a GSEB degree. In addition to their academic qualifications, Deep Gandhi also received additional certifications. Deep obtained a Certificate of Recognition from Hochschule Wismar - Fakultät Gestaltung in June 2015. Deep also obtained a Programmable Logic Controller certification from Siemens in 2015.
