Mark Salvatierra

Mark Salvatierra has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Mark is currently working as a Sr. Director, Legal at Gigamon, where they are responsible for drafting and negotiating complex contractual terms for customers. Mark also provides legal guidance and support to various internal teams. Previously, Mark worked at Citrix Systems, Inc. as a Sr. Associate General Counsel, managing customer contractual templates and materials for enterprise-level customers. Mark also co-chaired the revision of company contractual materials. Prior to that, Mark served as a Director at Citrix Legal and as a Sr. Corporate Counsel at Magma Design Automation, Inc. In these roles, they handled various legal responsibilities, including drafting and negotiating agreements, managing intellectual property, and participating in company acquisitions. Mark also gained litigation experience as a Contract Attorney at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and as a Litigation Associate at Garrard & Davis, LLP, where they handled civil litigation defense, conducted depositions, and prepared for trial.

Mark Salvatierra completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at UCLA from 1990 to 1992. Mark then pursued further education at USC Gould School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from 1993 to 1996.
