In addition, Shay has a history of founding and serving as the CTO of companies such as Fair Share and CloudLook at JVP. They have held senior roles at Symantec, Precise Software Solutions, and Bay Networks / Nortel Networks, where they contributed to product management, IETF representation, and served as a chief architect.
