Elena Baterovska has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Elena began their career as a Teacher of German at the Private Lyceum at Kherson National Technical University from September 2004 to June 2005. Elena then transitioned to becoming an English and German teacher at Kherson National Technical University from September 2005 to August 2011. After that, they joined Postindustria as an HR-generalist, sourcing IT-specialists, conducting screening interviews, and assisting with HR operations from August 2011 to September 2015. Following this, Elena worked at Jobjet as a Customer/Technical Support Agent, delivering solutions to enterprise customers and supporting them in their customer experience, from September 2015 to August 2020. Elena'snext role was at Giggster, where they started as a Customer Support Agent in October 2017, working on an Airbnb-like platform for finding and booking filming and event locations, and eventually becoming the Head of Customer Success from August 2020 to the present.
Elena Baterovska obtained their MA degree in English Language and Literature, German Language, and History of World Literature from Kherson State University. Elena attended the university from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a certification in Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera in April 2018.
