Germain Navas has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as M365 Tech Support at Gigmo Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this, Germain worked at Blueprint Technologies as a FastTrack Engineer from February 2020, providing technical guidance to Microsoft 365 enterprise customers on cloud service deployment, including Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams. From November 2016 to April 2019, Germain was an Office 365 Support Engineer at Teleperformance, USA, focusing on technical support for Microsoft customers concerning Exchange Online and migration processes. Germain holds an Associate's degree in Automotive Mechanics from the Universitary Institute of Industrial Technology, achieved between 1997 and 2001.
