John Liang has a long and varied work experience. John began their career at Barclays Capital in 1998 as an IT intern. In 2000, they joined Accenture, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, Consultant, and IT Analyst/Software Engineer. In their role as Senior Manager, they were responsible for selling and delivering technology initiatives. John also had additional responsibility as a Solution Architect to lead and develop comprehensive solutions, estimates, and proposal responses for new client opportunities. In 2018, they joined Gigster, where they have held the roles of VP of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Engagement Manager.
John Liang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology between 1995 and 2000. John also obtained a BS in Computer Science from New York University during the same time period. Additionally, they hold a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
