Kassandra Scott began their career at BAI Connect in 2008 as a Residential Communications Specialist. Kassandra then moved up to Residential Sales Manager, where they managed a team of five to help achieve and exceed sales goals. In this role, they scheduled and attended on-site events with property management teams to help increase sales penetration rates. Kassandra then became Quality Control Manager, where they developed and implemented interdepartmental workflow processes and procedures to achieve company-wide objectives and help scale business growth. Kassandra also led and managed a team of five, including hiring, scheduled reviews, and monthly meetings. Kassandra then moved into the role of Contracts, CRM and Process Manager, Commercial and MDU, where they reviewed and redlined contracts for commercial and MDU customers and audited active and expiring contracts.

In 2021, Kassandra Scott joined GiGstreem as Associate Director of Project Management. In this role, they implemented consistent methodology, plan, and templates for internal projects to make processes more repeatable and scalable. Kassandra also developed team organizational plan and staffing, and managed the annual department budget. In addition, they developed and managed project plans for all assigned projects including documentation of requirements, establishing objectives, setting and achieving milestones and tasks to deliver on time and within budget. Kassandra also assisted with the hiring, training and management of members of the Project Management Team, leading weekly meetings, regular performance evaluations, coaching and all day-to-day administrative tasks. Lastly, they managed cross-functional stakeholders through multiple communication channels, including regular project meetings, to keep all stakeholders informed on required updates and responsibilities to ensure the timely launch of new residential and commercial buildings.

Kassandra Scott graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology.
