Catherine "Cath" Witt, AIA, LEED AP has over 13 years of professional experience in architecture, project management, impact investing, and operations. In 2022, they became an Associate at Providence Advisors, Inc., where they run the deal process for Pokagon Development Initiative Holdings. Catherine "Cath" also co-founded and serves as Chief Operating Officer at Gigzzy Inc., a marketplace connecting home and business owners with service providers for essential construction, maintenance, and repair services. That same year, they were selected as a Fellow for the Clean Energy Leadership Institute. In 2021, they joined The Vistria Group as part of the Impact Investing Team and worked as a Carbon Data & Green Revenue Intern Analyst at Urgentem. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at UN-Habitat (United Nations Human Settlements Programme) as a Project Manager & Analyst and Field Officer-In-Charge; Operations Director. Catherine "Cath" also worked at Screever Company as an Architectural Project Consultant and Manager from 2011 to 2012, at the Smithsonian American Art Museum as an Assistant, Exhibitions & Development from 2010 to 2011, and at Creative Access Corporation as a Researcher and Data Analyst from 2009 to 2010. Her first professional role was as a Junior Architect for Lurie Children’s Hospital at ZGF Architects from 2008 to 2009.

Catherine "Cath" is currently enrolled in the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where they are pursuing a Master of Public Policy with certificates in Finance, Energy & Environment. Catherine "Cath" has also taken courses at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Entrepreneurship, ESG, and Finance. Furthermore, they hold an MITx MicroMasters Credential in Supply Chain Management from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics. Catherine "Cath" received their Bachelor in Architecture from Cornell University, and attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they have experience from AFROTC Detachment 190 & 520 in Teamwork, Leadership & Management. Cath has also obtained certifications from The American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2016 and U.S. Green Building Council in 2009 for LEED AP Building Design + Construction.
