Sandra Walker

Sandra Walker, MBA, is an experienced Program Evaluator at the Gila River Indian Community since November 2021 and has been an Operations Analyst at Travelers since March 2010. At Travelers, Sandra has contributed to internal audits, validated financial controls, and communicated findings to leadership, while also creating an Operations Manual and training specialists in licensing reviews. Additionally, responsibilities included developing an Auto Dashboard for performance reporting, conducting training for the General Liability team, and maintaining effective relationships to support business strategies. Sandra's earlier roles included Notice of Loss Coordinator, where notice assignments enhanced customer service, and Claim Analyst, focusing on claim investigations and mentorship of new hires. Sandra holds an M.B.A. in Business Analytics and a Bachelor's in Management with a Human Resource Minor from Central Connecticut State University, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Capitol Community College.
