Jeanne Murphy

Jeanne Murphy, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional Human Resources Director at Gilbane Building Company since January 2012. In this role, Jeanne leads HR practices to foster a high-performance culture focused on empowerment and employee development. Prior to this, Jeanne worked at Bovis Lend Lease as VP & Human Resources Director from June 1997 to January 2012, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategy with business goals and overseeing organizational planning. Jeanne's career began at Irmscher, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator from 1989 to 1996. Jeanne holds education credentials from the Indiana Institute of Technology, attended from 2011 to 2013.
