Lisa Pacheco is an experienced payroll and benefits professional with a comprehensive career spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll at Gilbane Building Company since April 2021, Lisa previously held multiple leadership roles in payroll and benefits at Shawmut Design and Construction from 2010 to 2021. Earlier career positions include Payroll Supervisor at Keane and Sr. Operations Manager at Fidelity Investments. Lisa began a diverse career at ADP, where various roles were undertaken over 18 years. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management from Bentley University, completed in 1984.
