Franz Alvarado

Franz Alvarado has work experience with two companies. Franz worked at Grano de Esperanza from 2013 to 2015 as a Coordinator. Franz then joined Gildan in 2017 as a Recruitment Assistant and later became a Regional Recruitment and Selection Coordinator. Currently, Franz holds the position of Chief of Recruitment & Selection at Gildan since February 2021.

Franz Alvarado completed their education at various institutions. From 2010 to 2017, they attended the Universidad Catolica de Honduras, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial Orientation. In 2014, they also pursued a Primary Certificate in Rational-Emotion and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Clinical Psychology at the Albert Ellis Institute (AEI). Later, from 2020 to 2023, they attended Aden Business School, specializing in Coaching for the field of Business Coaching.
