Luca Barile

Luca Barile, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Luca began their career at Deloitte & Touche in 2008 as a Senior Auditor, specializing in Assurance & Advisory. In 2012, Luca joined Gildan, where they held various roles, starting as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance. Luca then progressed to become a Manager and later the Director of Financial Operations. In 2019, Luca became the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis before being promoted to Vice-President of Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management in 2021. Currently, Luca holds the position of CFO for the Sales, Marketing & Distribution department at Gildan. Overall, Luca Barile has a diverse range of experiences in financial analysis, operations, and strategic management.

Luca Barile, CPA has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from McGill University, which was obtained from 2005 to 2008. They also completed a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy, with a focus on Public Accountancy (CA), from McGill University, which took place from 2008 to 2009. Luca Barile has obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) certification from Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA) in January 2011.
