Simon Clement

Simon Clement has over 20 years of experience in human resources and compensation. Simon is currently working as the Vice President of Global Compensation & Digital HR at Gildan since November 2021. Prior to this, Simon held the position of Director of Global Compensation & HR at Gildan from June 2014 to November 2021. Before joining Gildan, they worked as the Director of Global Compensation at Dessau from April 2011 to June 2014. Simon also served as the Director of Human Resources (HQ + Québec Stores) and Director of Global Compensation at Dollarama from January 2010 to April 2011. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Senior Manager of Human Resources and Compensation & Benefits at Reebok/CCM from March 2006 to January 2010. Simon began their career at Domtar as a Human Resources Advisor from 2000 to 2003 and later as the Manager of Compensation from 2004 to 2006.

Simon Clement obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from HEC Montréal during the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Relations Industrielles from the Université de Montréal, which they completed from 1994 to 1997.
