Rachel Gorsky

Rachel Gorsky is an experienced professional in institutional research and education, currently serving as an Institutional Research Consultant at Mission & Data since July 2023 and as the Director of Institutional Research and Data Analytics at Gilman School since August 2018. In this role, Rachel conducts research and evaluation studies focused on assessing student outcomes and the effectiveness of programs and policies. Previous positions include Associate Director of Survey Research Initiative at Teachers College of Columbia University and Independent Contractor Mandarin Tutor at Cartus. Additionally, Rachel was an Upper School Mandarin Chinese Teacher at The Miami Valley School and provided tutoring services at Kenyon College. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and Literatures from Kenyon College.
