Brian Johnston

Brian Johnston has a diverse work history starting in 2012 where they worked as an Analyst for a Family Office until 2014. In 2014, they joined the New Orleans City Council in a Communications and Strategy role until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at The Ruth Group as an Assistant Vice President in Investor Relations. Currently, they are a Vice President at Gilmartin Group LLC, a strategic advisory firm in the healthcare sector. Brian is responsible for creating and executing investor relations strategies, as well as providing IPO and equity capital markets advisory services.

Brian Johnston attended Tulane University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics & International Relations. Brian also studied Economics at Charles University. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained certifications including the Series 63: Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, Series 79: Investment Banking Representative Exam, and Series 82: Private Securities Offerings Representative Exam from FINRA in 2022.
