Oscar Arrambide has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Oscar also created a customer service department, implemented logistics reverse processes, and defined indicators to enhance service levels. Later, they became the Planning and Service Manager, where they were responsible for demand planning, process improvement, capacity management, and key account management. Oscar also played a role in developing an information module for rapid decision-making.

Oscar Arrambide began their education journey in 1996 at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Industrial y de Sistemas. Oscar successfully completed their studies in 2000, graduating with Honors. Later, in 2017, Oscar enrolled at EUDE Business School to further their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. This educational endeavor lasted until 2018. Thus, Oscar's education history encompasses their graduation from Tecnológico de Monterrey with Honors and the completion of an MBA degree at EUDE Business School.
