Wayne Puglia

Wayne has designed and led the development and commercialization of over $1 billion in new products for Nabisco, Kraft, and Godiva. He has co-authored 26 patents in consumer products. At Kraft, he curated the venture investment strategy and funding for health-related new product opportunities and incubator start-ups.

Wayne recently served as Adjunct Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Studies at Stevens Institute of Technology, is currently an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at the Stevens Venture Center, and a Senior Managing Director in growth equity investments.

Along with completing professional education programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania, Wayne earned a BS in Biology and an MBA in International Marketing at St. John’s University. He was recently granted his Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC. His research focused on the motivational and engagement factors of executive leadership candidates for organizations. His experience in innovation plays a dramatic role in ginger finds’ processes and approach as it applies to creative and digital hiring.
