Alison Wu

Alison Wu is an experienced Product and Technical Support Specialist at Ginger Labs, where responsibilities include supporting Notability, a leading note-taking and PDF annotation app recognized as an Apple Editors’ Choice and top-selling paid app on the iPad App Store. Prior to this role, Alison served as the Customer Happiness Lead at Baydin (Boomerang) and held multiple positions at JCYC, including Associate Director and Project Coordinator for the Student Work Experience Program. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Davis, and participated in a study abroad program in English at The University of Manchester.
