Oshrat Ben Moshe

Oshrat Ben Moshe has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Oshrat began their career in 2006 at Clal Insurance as a Sales Team Leader in the Pension Division, where they managed approximately 8 sales people and drove their team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals. Oshrat then moved up to become the National Sales Manager of the Pension and Health Division, where they managed and led sales totaling NIS 1.5 billion. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Ginger, a digital health and travel insurance company. At Ginger, they have been transforming travel and health insurance to give employers and employees peace of mind.

Oshrat Ben Moshe began their educational journey in 2002 when they earned their Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Oshrat then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Public Policy from Bar-Ilan University, which they completed in 2009.
