Gillian Natcher

Gillian Natcher is the VP of Revenue and Partnerships at gingerCube. Prior to their current role, they served as a Patient Care Coordinator for a large, high volume medical practice with five locations throughout the state of Maryland. In this role, Gillian was responsible for ensuring careful coordination of care and communication throughout each touch-point to provide an excellent and seamless patient experience.

Gillian has always been committed to providing exceptional patient service, with sensitivity to patient care, privacy, and retention. In their previous role, they maintained and organized active patient health information, financials, and communications; which included insurance coordination, HIPAA compliance, as well as ensuring that office notes, surgical notes, insurance claims, financial data, and pathology reports were complete and accounted for.

In addition to their experience with patient care coordination, Gillian also has experience overseeing satellite office management. Gillian is dedicated to providing patients with a consistent, quality experience, regardless of location. In their previous role, they monitored patient payments, account balances, and follow up items for insurance providers. Gillian also maintained patient correspondence through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software in order to ensure consistent communication and provide patients with information needed to make key decisions.

Gillian is known for their ability to maximize efficiency in patient visits to accommodate more patients, minimize patient and doctor wait times, while ensuring quality and completeness of care. Gillian has gained a thorough knowledge and understanding of services and procedures in order to better support the patient in a timely matter, as well as to support the operational flow of the practice. Additionally, Gillian is passionate about promoting the practice at special events and open houses to engage with potential patients and build long-lasting relationships.

Gillian Natcher attended Convent of the Sacred Heart High School in San Francisco and then California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Gillian is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
