Derek Sanchez

Derek Sanchez currently serves as Area Manager at EverDriven, demonstrating strong leadership by enhancing operational performance and cultivating career development within the team. Previously, as Operations Manager at Amazon Logistics, Derek initiated a successful Regional Growth Plan that significantly improved labor efficiency across multiple warehouses. Derek’s experience also includes key roles at CRH Americas as Production Manager, where strategic planning and the implementation of KPI systems drove substantial profit and productivity increases. Derek's military background includes various leadership positions in the US Army, contributing to logistical management and operational planning for battalions. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering.
