Daniel Sausgruber

Daniel Sausgruber is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and digital transformation across various industries, including automotive, logistics, technology, and railway. Currently serving as Manager of Strategy and M&A at Eraneos - powered by Ginkgo since July 2018, Daniel has demonstrated proficiency in all stages of the M&A cycle, digital and IT strategy, and portfolio management, while co-leading the M&A unit. Prior roles include Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst positions within the same firm, as well as an analyst role at Schwarz Gruppe focused on corporate development and growth strategies. Daniel holds a Master's degree in International Management from SRH Hochschule Heidelberg and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg.
