Sandra Picard, CFE, COR Level 2, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sandra began their career in 1985 in the United States Naval Reserves as an Aviation Administration officer, where they served until 1993. Following their military service, Sandra joined Washington Mutual, N.A. in 1995, where they supervised the Operational Risk Vendor Assessment Team and managed correspondent operations for over a decade.
In 2008, Sandra joined Wells Fargo as the Distressed Asset Portfolio Operations Quality Assurance Leader, where they established a Quality Assurance/Compliance Program for a distressed asset portfolio refinance project. Sandra worked closely with senior personnel, attorneys, and regulatory agencies to create cases briefings for contract repudiation cases, resulting in the termination of assets and minimizing damages paid out on contracts and claims.
From 2014 to 2016, Sandra worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer. Sandra planned and conducted compliance tests of business processes to assess effectiveness in complying with federal and state regulatory requirements. Sandra worked closely with various stakeholders to provide expertise on compliance matters and assess the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment.
In 2016, Sandra joined The Broach School of Jacksonville, Inc. as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Enrollment Coordinator.
