Esther Siles is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, coaching, and multi-unit management within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Regional Corporate Trainer at GINOS PIZZA since November 2014, Esther focuses on developing and supporting franchisees while facilitating training in various operational areas.
