Morgan Ball

Morgan Ball has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as Group Technology Director and Head of IT Strategy & Innovation at Samworth Brothers since September 2013. In this role, Morgan is a key member of the IT Leadership Team, responsible for shaping the technology direction, overseeing IT costs, and maintaining long-term strategic roadmaps across 15 business units. Simultaneously, Morgan has been involved with Ginsters since July 1998, initially as an IT Support Technician and progressing to Head of IT, overseeing IT strategy, service delivery management, business integration, and financial planning for Samworth Brothers Cornwall Group. Additionally, experience includes managing an IT Service Delivery team, focusing on customer satisfaction and financial management. Morgan's educational background includes attending Liskeard School & Community College from 1991 to 1996.
