Jim Mason

Vice President, Customer And IT Systems Support at Little Caesars

Jim Mason has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim began their career as a Master Sergeant in the US Air Force and worked in this role until 1997. Following that, they joined SBC as a Senior Technical Director and remained in this position until 2003. Jim then worked at Enterprise Rent a Car as a Senior Manager for integration until 2006. Jim subsequently joined Express Scripts as a Senior Manager and served there for eight years.

In 2014, Jim joined Panera Bread as a Director and held this position until 2020. Jim then moved to KNOWiNK, LLC as the Director of IT/CTO for a brief period. Currently, Jim is employed at Little Caesars Pizza, where they have held multiple roles. Jim started as the Director of Software Engineering before being promoted to the position of Vice President of Software Engineering. Currently, Jim serves as the Vice President of Customer and IT Systems Support.

Jim Mason attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Workforce Development and Training. Jim also attended Interboro from 1973 to 1976. In terms of certifications, they received the ITIL Service Operation certification from Exin in 2013 and the ITIL Foundation Level certification from EIN in 2009.
