Vanessa Phillips

Vanessa Phillips has extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing and marketing industries. Vanessa began their career at Crane Co. in 2001, where they served as a Marketing Manager and Lean Black Belt until 2003. Vanessa then transitioned to the role of Marketing Director at Crane Co. from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, Vanessa joined West Pharmaceutical Services as the EU/AP Lean-Six Sigma Coordinator until 2011. Most recently, they have been serving as the Head of Continuous Improvement at Ginsters since 2011.

Vanessa Phillips has a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham.
