Kimberly Richards

Kimberly Richards, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Human Resources at Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont since September 2009. With a robust career in human resources and business operations, Kimberly held the position of VP of Business Operations at Girl Scouts of the Pioneer Council from June 2003 to September 2009, managing administrative services and collaborating with senior management. Prior experience includes roles at Girl Scouts of the Congaree Area from November 1992 to May 2003, where responsibilities encompassed HR, risk, technology, and membership management. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Communication from the College of Charleston and a Human Resources Management and Services Certificate from Winthrop University.
