Lauren Haugli has a comprehensive background in customer experience and business processes, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Business Process at the Girl Scouts of Greater New York since July 2017, after progressing through several roles including Senior Manager and Customer Experience Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Data Manager at New York Communities for Change and Field Manager at the Working Families Party, where oversight of fundraising canvassers was a key responsibility. Lauren began their career as a Stage Hand at the Staller Center for the Arts and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Stony Brook University, completed in 2012.
