Kayleigh Graul has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Kayleigh started their career as an Information Desk staff member at IUPUI Campus Center from August 2009 to August 2010. Kayleigh then worked as a Substitute Teacher in the Southern Hancock School Corporation from January 2011 to April 2011, where they taught various subjects and created lesson plans. From April 2011 to July 2011, they served as an Account Clerk 3 at the Indiana State Department of Child Services, where they conducted research and managed child support cases. Kayleigh then joined the Indiana State Department of Health in August 2011, first as a Workforce Development Coordinator until June 2015, responsible for partnership development and public health projects, and later as a Performance Improvement Manager. In this managerial role from November 2014 to June 2015, they oversaw agency performance metrics, led quality improvement projects, and managed a team of three employees. Kayleigh continued their career at the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, where they held multiple director positions, including Director of Volunteer Services (May 2018-present), Director of Adult Development (July 2018-present), Director of Teaching and Learning (June 2021-present), and currently as the Director of Learning and Talent Development (February 2023-present).
Kayleigh Graul holds a Masters of Leadership Development degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, which they obtained from St. Mary of the Woods College in 2019. Kayleigh completed their undergraduate studies at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education/Health Education.
