Shelley Flynn-Harding

Shelley Flynn-Harding is an experienced professional with a strong background in data management, evaluation, and community engagement within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Evaluation at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, Shelley previously held positions such as Associate Director of Community Engagement & Applied Learning at Washington University in St. Louis and Senior Quality Program Manager at Epworth Children & Family Services. Shelley's expertise encompasses designing capacity-building initiatives for social mobility, facilitating quality improvement programs, and managing youth services. With a Master's Degree in Management of Human Services from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stephens College, Shelley has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing community services and promoting data-driven decision-making throughout their career.
