Your Role:
The Outreach Coordinator is a dynamic and inspiring role dedicated to being the resident event expert. You will advise Community Engagement Specialists on running successful events (both virtual and in-person), drive traffic to events, and utilize tools like Canva, Eventbrite, and social media to create engaging and impactful experiences. This role requires a proven track record in creating lead-generating events with high conversion rates. The Coordinator will work to increase membership and engagement by implementing innovative event strategies and collaborating with families, community organizations, schools, and other entities invested in empowering youth and fostering excitement about the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.

How You Will Succeed:
You will leverage your event planning expertise, creativity, and communication skills to develop and implement SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) event strategies. Through consistent, compassionate, and creative communication, collaboration, and consultation with strategically engaged communities, you will execute daily and weekly digital initiatives, host monthly in-person Signature Events, and collaborate with our Service Unit Volunteers, Outdoor Program, and Communications team to achieve goals.
