Chip Parks

Chip Parks has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Chip currently works as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Girl Scouts of the USA, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at MTF Biologics from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for implementing recruitment processes, strategies, and standards. Chip also managed a team and led recruitment efforts for key executive positions.

Before their role at MTF Biologics, Chip worked as a Human Resources Business Partner on a contract basis at Freedom Mortgage in 2020 and as a Human Resources Manager at Croda from 2013 to 2020. At Croda, they partnered with leaders to implement people strategies and managed a team of HR professionals.

Earlier in their career, Chip held various recruitment positions at HSBC, AIG Retirement Services, Coach, UBS Financial Services, CIBC World Markets, and Datek Online Holdings Corp.

Chip Parks attended The College of New Jersey where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
